Independent sourcing – we source products both domestically and directly from manufacturers overseas. The critical advantage in this approach is that we have multiple sourcing options and can react earlier and buy independently of the constraints that control the majority of the local technology distributors.
PB Tech has the largest technology stock holding in NZ, consistently more than $110m worth of stock distributed around NZ, meaning we can deliver quickly and efficiently to all regions of the country even in a time of crisis. Substantial stock holding allows PB Tech to deliver at times when the rest of the market cannot.

Under the stress test of the Covid-19 pandemic, PB Tech as an organisation has proven that it is willing and able to change and adapt quickly to adjust to market conditions to make sure that we are able to support our customers and partner organisations especially in times of need.
PB Tech has redeployed staff, rethought our warehouse planning and logistics strategies, and reinvented our physical store strategy multiple times to keep team members and customers safe through the pandemic and continues to do so. When our partner organisations needed to equip facilities or team members under extreme duress with changing Alert Level protocols, we’ve consistently been able to deliver for them.
